  • Release & format: Hobby (and ePack) release on February 18, 2026; 10 boxes/case, 15 packs/box, 8 cards/pack.

Medallions & Rising Stars (workhorse inserts)

Both fall frequently and have deep parallel ladders.​

  • Medallions – odds 1:5 packs.

    • Base Medallions (unnumbered).

    • Gold /200.

    • Platinum /100.

    • Ruby Red /50.

    • Sapphire Blue /25.

    • Emerald Green /10.

    • Black – 1/1.​

  • Rising Stars – odds 1:5 packs, prospect/rookie‑driven.

    • Same structure: base, then Red (/99), Green (/10), Gold 1/1 on some checklists.

From the box breakdown you can expect:

  • 6 Medallion and/or Rising Stars inserts per hobby box.

These show up a few times per box and all have Red (/99) and Green (/10) parallels.

This is where most non‑auto chase value sits.

  • PETG inserts (acetate/plastic): Rink Producers, Ultra Stars, Ultra Stars Rookies.

Gold insert autos (very tough)

Several insert lines have Gold Auto versions, all extremely low frequency:

  • Outlining Gold Auto – ~1:750 packs.

  • Ultra Power Gold Auto – 15‑card set, ~1:750 packs (SP/SSP tiers).

  • Ultrastructures Gold Auto, Ultra Team Gold Auto – ~1:200–1,500 packs depending on subset.

Overall, case simulations suggest:

  • Hobby boxes average about 1 auto (sometimes plus a mem), but not every box is guaranteed; the combined auto odds hover in the 1:75–1:150 range.

  • Cases (10–12 boxes) often yield 1–2 1/1s (between Gold Spectrum, Black Medallions, and Gold insert autos) plus several /10s.

Between the base rookies, Ultra Stars Rookies, and Future Stars, several prospects are clearly positioned as the main chases.
